University

University is a scary thought. A massive area dedicated to learning, combined with a relatively large amount of time in your life, and a lot of money.

It's scary. And it's something that, if you're persuing that path in life, you need to get right. It's not a case of "Oh, it's not that important, it'll all be fine" because this is something that could potentially take up 3 or 4 years of your life, costing thousands upon thousands. If you mess up that choice, you're in for one hell of a ride.

I mean, even if you do make the right decision for you, you're still going to be in for a hell of a ride. It's just... I'm scared having not even started yet. I'm going to open days, seeing departments and accommodation, and trying to work out if it looks like somewhere I'd be comfortable, nay, happy staying for years.

Decisions as large as these are not something that I'd like to be making at this point in my life, yet here I am.

This year is going to be fun.
